My Favourite Tools as a Virtual Assistant

"As a virtual assistant, what are your top tools?"
This is a question I've been asked many times by clients and new virtual assistants.
Although everyone has their favourites, here are some of tools that I find quite useful:
Communication platforms such as Skype, Zoom, or Slack to stay in touch with clients and colleagues.
Calendar applications like Google Calendar or Apple Calendar to keep track of meetings, deadlines, and other important dates.
Productivity apps like Trello or Asana to plan, track progress, and collaborate on projects.
Document storage applications such as Google Drive or Dropbox to store, organise, and share files.
Accounting tools to manage invoicing, payments, and expenses.
Social media management tools to help manage social media accounts.
Time tracking software to monitor the hours worked.
and large mugs of coffee, for reasons that explain itself.
